So, I watch what I eat, I try to work out three times per week, but it isn't working... I've changed my goal. I dont really care what I weigh... I just want to be able to fit into my darned clothes again. Seems I've got Oprahitis.
So, Mike's got me drinking so much water and decaf tea that I spend half my day in the bathroom... and as many times as is possible, I spend an hour on the treadmill at a heart rate of ~ 111 (I dont remember what the measure is).
I'm exhausted. And my clothes dont fit any better... YET.
