This is harder than I ever expected. Week one of twelve and we're only two days into things! And the workout is the least of the challenges!
I have a hunch that perhaps I need to spend more time researching Clean Eating recipes that make these ingredients taste better when combined. Egg whites on their own are blech. Ground turkey--not that great. And there's all the cooking cooking cooking. It seems to take so much time in preparation. There's got to be a quicker, simpler way to prepare these foods for meals. Getting food ready for taking to work tomorrow is a plain ole headache. Sigh.
